Pets have always been a precious and important part of my life. When I completed my companion book to the Pet Protection Legal Care Plan, entitled “My Estate Management Guide… for families”, I knew that the whole area of pet protection and customized care instructions for pets needed more attention. Mr. Doyle and I have written a book that provides both the critical legal protection guide and the caregiver instructions to make sure your client’s companion pet is both safe and protected.
Pets are our most loyal companions. They provide us with their devotion and unconditional love. We need to both provide and protect these innocent creatures. I promise you that your clients will be touched, no matter what, by your interest in protecting their ‘entire family’– pets included. Elders are especially attached to their furry friends and they need your help to provide a secure plan for the lifetime of their pet. I have described most companion pets to be either dogs or cats. Frankly, I have been scolded for not having a guide for horses, birds, reptiles and more. So my goal is to track down some pet owners who can support me in designing a more thorough pet protection plan for these other important creatures too!
Help your clients to set up a “Pet Protection Legal Care Plan™“ today and assure them that their animal is safe no-matter-what!
Remember also that sadly if a client hasn’t designed a pet estate plan with you yet, sadly their pet may be euthanized, neglected or abandoned when they become incapacitated or pass away. To prevent these sad outcomes from happening, a Pet Protection Legal Care Plan –needs to be created, just in case!
