Mary G. Anderson, Life Management Consulting is an organizational consultant/coach, keynote speaker, seminar leader and author of “My Estate Management Guide”. Mary specializes in supporting clients through various life transitions by offering specific tools and processes to manage the challenges of unexpected change. Specializing in combining humor with information, she has also written many articles on personal development for newspapers and other publications. During the past few years, Mary was met with the unexpected death of four family members, including her 22-year-old son, Taylor. During this difficult time, she became actively involved as executor of both her parent’s estate and brother’s estate. She quickly learned about the grief, shock, inertia and indecision that often faces executor/trustees as they try to quickly organize and access all the paperwork, deeds, property and assets that may be required by attorneys, CPAs, banking personnel, insurance/real estate agents or other advisors. As a result of this challenge, Mary expanded her consulting /coaching services to assist clients who are either in 1) the midst of handling a death of a loved one and/or executing their estate or 2) a client who has decided to get organized and plan ahead by completing their will, organizing their important papers, completing a checklist of final wishes, and writing a legacy will. Mary also offers Succession Planning services for business owners (especially family businesses) and executives. Ms. Anderson received her BA degree and secondary teaching credential from Willamette University in Salem, Oregon. Mary began her career as a Management Training Specialist with Hewlett Packard Company. After fifteen years of working at HP in various corporate personnel and training positions, she started her own consulting business. She is also a Certified Conflict Resolution Mediator with the City of San Jose. Her client list includes Hewlett Packard, Apple, Silicon Graphics, Sun Microsystems and several local universities.  She is the also the producer and host of the popular “Voice of the Valley” television show, which highlights various entrepreneurs in Silicon Valley.
