How to Develop & Build a Successful Estate Planning Practice

advanced legal training institute presents:

“How to Develop & Build a Successful Estate Planning Practice”

October 2011: Teleseminar Series

In very simple terms, to develop, maintain and grow a successful practice involves really just three main elements…

1) Getting the Clients,
2) Doing the Work,
3) Creating Systems & Procedures to Get Paid for the Work

Over the past few years, we have now launched many online and offline seminars and information products related to estate and tax planning. We have learned so much during the process of both listening to our customers, designing the curriculum and then presenting the information.

We’ve taught attorneys, CPAs, financial advisors, CEOs and non-profits about how to build their practices, learn new skills and stay current with the law.

In the process, we’ve discovered and developed a set of unique templates on how to build a sustainable and successful estate planning practice, 2) how to complete even the most technically complex work and finish it in a timely manner, and 3) how to design systems and procedures that will allow the firm to grow, to get paid on time and become more successful each year.

We’ve decided to launch a new program in October that will cover each of these three topics at length. As you probably know, many people do not realize (until it’s too late) that the tax and probate laws make even the smallest estate both complex and complicated, leaving it vulnerable to estate taxes and bureaucracy.

Only 3 out of 10 individuals/families have a current, up-to-date estate plan! Clients need our help. Clients also need to be protected and advised accordingly. We are offering a specialized MCLE educational opportunity that covers law practice management and the more technical aspects of this complex area of law.
