Feature Article: Law Practice Management Series

by Mary G. Anderson, Life Management Consulting Group

jpegHow do you stay on top of your business challenges, marketing strategy, your clients needs, your health, your family and more? Each day you have the option to take a different path, a chance to make a choice that changes your direction and as a result of this decision, you have created a new path.  Are you being proactive or reactive in your life? Do you present a strong offense or defense? Are you a revenue generator or a cost cutter? Are you an eat less or do more kind of person? How often are you looking at the choices you are making everyday,  especially related to your use of time, your balance of activities that support your overall energy levels and business acumen.

Every day we make the choices that set the events, activities and momentum of our day in motion. The consequences of the choices we have before us each day  can be far-reaching~- time is finite, work is infinite.  Many times difficult decisions are thrust upon us before we are ready to make them wisely, as are many choices in life, and so a mistake may be inevitable. Study your choices– make mistakes, learn a new way, choose a different path.

Quote To Ponder
Time is like a river, you cannot touch the same water twice,
because the flow that has passed will never pass again,
so enjoy and savor each and every moment since it will not happen
ever again in exactly this way.”
